I filed a pro se public records request lawsuit against (ECUA) Emerald Coast Utilities Authority. They responded very aggressively and I went to Alistair McKenzie. Alistair filed a great amended complaint, advised me on their depositions and hearings, and even more aggressively litigated our claim in Court with success!
